We recommend taking 2 servings a day (3 tablets per serving), once before training and once after (about 30-45 minutes before/after)
Each of our tablets is a 1g dose, so it’s very easy to calculate your intake if you would like to take more or less – but we don’t recommend more than is stated on the bottle. (Some people take anywhere between 5 – 15 grams a day)
Just remember that BCAA’s are also found in most protein powders, so bear this in mind when deciding your daily dose.
